The short version. Flow Automation runs entirely in your browser, inside the Google Flow page and session you open yourself. It does not transmit your prompts, files, or account data to any server operated by the developer. There is no analytics tracking, no advertising SDK, and no sale of data — there is no data leaving your machine to sell.
What the extension stores
- Queue state and batch preferences — your prompt list, chosen workflow mode, pacing settings, and filename options, stored in browser extension storage on your device.
- Run history — local records used to generate your CSV run reports.
- UI preferences — such as panel state and language choice.
This data stays on your machine. Clearing the extension's storage or uninstalling the extension removes it.
What the extension never touches
- Your Google password or sign-in credentials. Login happens only on Google's own pages, in your own session.
- Your generated videos beyond triggering the browser's normal download flow into a folder you choose.
- Any browsing activity outside the Flow tab the extension is automating.
Permissions
The extension requests only the permissions needed to interact with the Flow page you open, manage downloads through the browser, and store local settings. It does not request broad access to all websites.
Third-party services
Generations are performed by Google Flow under your own Google account and are governed by Google's privacy policy and terms. Flow Automation is independent software and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google.
