Terms of use
Rules for using the extension.
Last updated: 25 July 2026
1. Acceptance
By installing or using Higgsfield Automation (the "Extension"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Extension.
2. What the Extension does
The Extension automates user-directed image and video workflows on the Higgsfield page open in your browser. It can queue prompts, apply selected reference images, monitor results, organize downloads, and produce local reports. You remain responsible for the prompts, files, settings, account, and browser session used with the Extension.
3. Permission to use
Subject to these Terms, you may install and use the Extension for lawful personal or business workflows. This permission is personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Extension to:
- violate applicable law, the rights of another person, or the terms governing a third-party service;
- submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing, harmful, or unauthorized content;
- interfere with, overload, damage, or attempt to bypass protections of Higgsfield, the Extension, or another system;
- distribute malicious code or use the Extension to gain unauthorized access;
- misrepresent the Extension as an official Higgsfield product;
- redistribute, sublicense, rent, or commercially resell the Extension itself without written permission.
5. Higgsfield account and third-party services
The Extension operates through the Higgsfield page and browser session opened by you. Higgsfield and its media, authentication, and delivery services are third-party services governed by their own terms and policies. You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for complying with those terms.
6. Your content and generated outputs
You retain responsibility for prompts, uploaded files, generated outputs, filenames, and reports handled through your workflow. You must have the rights and permissions needed to use any content you submit. The Extension does not determine ownership, licensing, suitability, or legality of generated outputs.
7. Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains the data the Extension collects or handles, how it is used, where it is stored, and which service providers receive it. By using the Extension, you acknowledge that policy.
8. Updates and compatibility
The Extension may be updated to fix defects, change features, improve browser compatibility, or respond to changes made by Higgsfield. Features may change, pause, or stop working when browsers or third-party pages change. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Extension and any revised Terms then in effect.
9. Availability and support
No specific availability, response time, generation result, download result, or uninterrupted operation is guaranteed. Support requests may be submitted through the Contact page.
10. Intellectual property
The Extension, its original code, branding, interface, documentation, and related materials are owned by the developer or used with permission. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the Extension or third-party trademarks. Higgsfield and its marks belong to their respective owners.
11. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Extension is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost files, lost opportunities, service interruption, account action, or third-party platform changes arising from use of or inability to use the Extension.
13. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Extension at any time by removing it from your browser. Permission to use the Extension may be suspended or terminated if you materially violate these Terms or use it in a way that risks harm to users, systems, or the developer.
14. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated as the Extension or applicable requirements change. The revised version will be posted at this URL with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, except where mandatory consumer or local law requires otherwise.
16. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be submitted through the Contact page.
