My impact: The most complex product in the ecosystem, built when the whole company was ~10 people. Full publishing platform with mobile parity, custom design system — from scratch.

School gave me the theory.
YouTube gave me the playbook.

Computer engineering grad in Kathmandu — class of 2026 at Kathmandu Engineering College. The line that stuck with me from school: proper preparation prevents poor performance. The discipline was useful. The actual building came from somewhere else.

I learned to ship by watching — YouTubers, indie builders, people working in public. AI-first development clicked when I saw it working in their hands first. Now I think in problems instead of languages. Spot a workflow that should be smoother → ship a tool that fixes it. Lately that's mostly Chrome extensions: a personal finance tracker, and site-specific add-ons for tools like Freepik that batch the prompt-and-generate parts of image and video workflows.

AI didn't replace me — it made me 100× faster, more creative, and way more willing to start things. I'm open to freelance, collaboration, full-time roles, or just building something interesting with someone. Currently leaning freelance and collaboration. For film production at Storyby scale I needed something custom — so I built it. A prompt-based system for generating film covers, logos, localizations, and landing visuals across the entire Storyby content pipeline.

Instead of fixing each output manually, I improve the system. New challenges just become new features.

Every film in the DramaShorts catalogue needs a cover that stops the scroll. I designed 50+ of them — from concept to final art, using an AI pipeline built for streaming-scale production.

We refreshed the Storyby website without a traditional design-to-dev pipeline. The first draft appeared in minutes, generated directly from our pitch deck in Figma Make. Then I cleaned it up. Layouts, wording, structure. AI still doesn't know us as well as I do.

The site was built using Claude + Figma MCP — code generated straight from the design. Our CEO debugged my vibe code (heroically). Another developer deployed to production in 15 minutes.

ChatGPT Sora Midjourney Runway ElevenLabs Photoshop AI Hedra

Early 2025. I wanted to know if emotion could survive without actors or cameras — just AI tools, a tight script, and an obsession with Hitchcock. The kind of tension where nothing is happening but you can't breathe. Characters you believe even when they're lying.

Solo production from script to final cut. My first time submitting to festivals — I didn't crack the big ones, but the film screened in corners of the world I've never been to. And four awards found their way back.
