Terms of Service
1. Agreement
By installing, accessing, or using the Magnific Automation Chrome extension (the "Extension"), you agree to these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you don't agree, don't install or use the Extension.
2. The Extension
Magnific Automation is a Chrome browser extension that automates bulk image and video generation on Magnific (magnific.ai). It runs entirely inside your own browser session using your own Magnific account. It is an independent third-party tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Magnific.
3. License
Subject to these Terms, Deepak Thapa ("we", "us") grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Extension for your own purposes. You may not:
- redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, or share the Extension or any license you've been issued;
- reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Extension;
- use the Extension to violate Magnific's own Terms of Service or any applicable law;
- use the Extension in ways that harm third parties or systems.
4. Pricing
The Extension is free to use. There are no fees, subscriptions, or hidden charges. If we decide to introduce paid features or pricing in the future, we will update these Terms and notify users accordingly.
5. Updates
We may release updates to the Extension at any time. Updates are delivered through the Chrome Web Store and may include bug fixes, new features, or compatibility patches for changes on Magnific's side. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Extension.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your license if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Extension at any time by uninstalling it from Chrome.
7. Disclaimer
The Extension is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uptime, error-free operation, or that Magnific will remain compatible. Use at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Extension is limited to zero, as the Extension is provided free of charge. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. We'll change the "Last updated" date and, for significant changes, attempt reasonable notice. Continued use of the Extension after changes means you accept the new Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
